Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original condition
- In their original packaging (if applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Clearance or final sale items

- Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or you received a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the wrong item.
If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was sent
- The return is due to our error
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after receiving the item if it meets our return eligibility requirements.
