Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- During sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping method selected.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order before it ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. If your package is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
